Councillor Cormac Devlin has requested the Council to ensure that the crash barriers along the Wyattville Road (especially at its intersection with Churchview Road) is painted. Despite the negative reply, Cllr Devlin believes that these barriers are in need of maintenance and will pursue the matter further until they are cleaned up.

To ask the Manager to make arrangements to paint all crash barriers along the intersection of Churchview Road and Wyattville Road as these are in a poor condition and in need of maintenance as they have not been painted for many years?
Reply:
The crash barriers at the intersection of Churchview Road and Wyattville Road have a galvanized finish and do not require painting. Any damaged barriers will be repaired.
