Northcote Avenue Made One-Way On 21st November 2008
Councillor Devlin has informed Dún Laoghaireresidents that the Council announced (after public notice) that Northcote Avenue is now a One-Way system travelling Eastwards from York Road to Library Road on Health & Safety grounds and concerns raised by Gardaí according to the Transportation Department.
